Don’t judge a book by its cover! We found this place online and tried it out because of the reviews. We were surprised! The food is incredible and service too! Everything was VERY fresh, fast, and the presentation was outstanding. Everyone was very nice too. We had veggie fajitas, fish tacos, and a child’s plate. Everything was above standard. We will be visiting again often.

Really good food. The bacon-wrapped Shrimp Tampico was some of the best I've had. Good service too!

Really superb food and service!We arrived early this evening after 2 days on the road. Read reviews about Don Mario’s and decided to have dinner here. Great greeting, good suggestions, and really flavorful food. The tortilla soup, as noted by other reviewers, is almost a stew. I also had a taco salad which was very tasty and filling. We’re relocating to this area, and “I know” we’ll be back! 👍👍👏👏👊👊 P.S. Angel, Ann, & Yul are simply the most pleasant people...like talking with family!

We decided to try this place number one because El gabacho is usually packed about 6 p.m. and didn't want to deal with the hassle of waiting. Number two we spotted it next to one of our favorite spots Mama's Pizza and decided to pop in. The food was great I had the asada tacos which came out perfectly medium. My wife went simple with chicken nachos that were good also. And my daughter had the giant chicken burrito, which we had to send back because they had beans in it and we asked for plain. Overall a 4 because of the quality of food, 3 of experience of the waders, and 3 the prices were little high.

Couldnt even breath and still kept on eating, it was THAT GOOD! :D So glad they are back ♡

It was good, a bit over priced. There is better Mexican food in Arlington. Los Jarros is far better.

I ordered the sour cream enchiladas on 03/16/19. They were wonderful!!! The chicken was very tender, juicy and of the shredded variety.Did I mention the seasoning was absolutely perfect?! My goodness, these enchiladas tasted like a big hug from your favorite grandma. I definitely recommend Don Mario's. I intend to return and I may NEVER order anything thing else but the sour cream enchiladas!🤣

If i am to be honest the food was okay wait staff was friendly but not very good. Granted we did have a party of 15 but there was only 6 other people in the place amd it still took 15 minutes for a water refill after we asked. Before that waited 15 mins for someone to notice we needed refills. I assumed they would of seen while bringing our food out. I was wrong.

I've been coming here on and off for the past few years and it's been great every time! From their burritos to the nachos (Which is what made me write this review)its been fantastic each time.

Really good, authentic Mexican food! I placed my order Togo and had to make a few stops before going home to eat and it was still amazing. My nachos were a little soggy but that’s my fault! Have been looking for Mexican food this good for forever, and I finally found it! Customer service was really good as well. Will definitely go back!

This place is great. If you want solid Mexican food with good chips and salsa then go here. Don't get the flan. I love flan, but it's incredibly skimpy here. Everything else is great though.

The wait staff was awesome! Even if it wasn't their table they still stopped by to see if you needed anything! Great family atmosphere! Food VERY authentic!! 2nd time to go there, definitely got us hooked!

This Arlington establishment is a best kept secret, but shouldn't be. Everything on the menu is delicious. Our new favorite is the Tilapia, which is incredible. The sauce over the tilapia is amazing! Also the charro beans are the best we have ever had. Definitely a must try...and you will be returning again for sure!

Friendly staff. Great recommendations on what to try. The guy seemed genuinely hurt we didn't want the special! We all got delicious meals. My tortilla soup was served in a massive bowl- plenty for a whole meal. Spicy and delicious.

This place has changed their name and menu to Marco’s. We have been for eight times lately and the food has been excellent and the service on point. The manager named Daniel is the BEST manager I have ever had at any restaurant. He always comes by and chats and makes sure everything is up to standards. You can’t go wrong here. I think this place is a family restaurant!!! Is very nice, and the flavor of the dishes is awesome. 100% recomend!!!

Do not have the guy as your server. I haven't had any issues with the ladies but the guy server will argue with you. I always order a taco salad and the women servers have always asked me what kind of beans I prefer. The guy server did not asked me and as I've never had to request a special order I did not think he would just out whatever kind of beans typically comes on the salad. I called to bring this to his attention and he just argued with me. Did not even want to fix the order due to his lack of asking for my preference. Just order from the ladies to prevent the issue I had.

We went with a group of 15. They treated us wonderfully. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The guacamole was good and fresh. The establishment was very clean. Don't pull up and change your mind. Go on in and give it a try!

Moving to a new place in the same shopping center. Great food, I usually go with the fajitas. Good salsa with the chips.

Best food and service I have encountered yet in Arlington, hands down!!! Wait staff was helpful and kind, did not rush us or forget about us. I know I have found my favorite Mexican Restaurant and am so thankful!!! Owner even came to our table to greet us, that was a nice gesture for sure. Yul was our server and he gave some of the best customer service I've ever had. All of the food was cooked exactly how it should be and the charro beans in particular were amazing. If you pass this place don't be fooled by the renovations. Just look for their patio!
